The Sterling Room is an Elkhart event space for company meetings, workshops, presentations, launches, networking receptions, team dinners, and client gatherings. Chair-row, seated-table, open-floor, and custom layouts can be paired with stage, PA, lighting, catering, and bar selections.
Meetings and presentations
Put the room in service of the agenda.
A workshop needs room for participation. A presentation needs a clear focal point and sight lines. A company dinner needs comfortable conversation. A launch needs movement and reveal. The Sterling Room can begin from any of those formats rather than defaulting to one meeting-room template.
Rows of chairs can support up to 560 guests, while seated tables can support up to 260. Smaller groups can use the same planning process without filling the maximum capacity.
Production and hospitality
Keep essential services in one estimate.
Optional stage, PA system, accent lighting, tables, chairs, linens, and DJ service can be included in the estimate. Food plans can use Sterling Room catering, outside or client-arranged food, or no-food service.
Cash and open bar formats can also be selected when they fit the gathering. Exact service details are reviewed with the team after the initial plan is submitted.

Account for setup, the program, and final departure.
The pricing framework separates event time from total venue access. The base rental includes six event hours and eight total access hours, allowing the initial estimate to account for vendor arrival, setup, the program itself, and cleanup.
For a useful first estimate, prepare the proposed date, guest count, presentation format, food and beverage plan, equipment needs, and the earliest and latest access times.
