Fundraisers and community events often need more than a single seating plan. The evening may include a reception, meal, presentation, awards, auction, or direct appeal. A mixed or custom layout lets the room plan follow that sequence.
Seated table arrangements support up to 260 guests. Chair-row programs support up to 560, and standing or open-floor gatherings support up to 790. The team confirms custom arrangements after reviewing the event requirements.

The current pricing system includes a 15% venue discount for verified nonprofit organizations. Elkhart-based organizations, public K–12 education, military clients, Cloud Nine building tenants, and Downtown Merchants Alliance members are also listed at 15% eligibility.
Discounts do not stack. The quote system applies the single best eligible discount to qualifying venue charges, with verification completed during booking.
